What hours are you open?We are open Monday through Friday, from 7:15 a.m. to 4:15 p.m. we can also be flexible.

In what event will the daycare be closed?Program will be closed on all major holidays, including professional training days, and sick days. Usually backup care is provided for sick days. In case of an emergency closure parents will be notified immediately.

On average, how long have your teachers been teaching?Education is very important to us so we employ only experienced educators. Our educators have experience ranging from 15 years to 19 years of teaching and working with infants toddlers and preschoolers.

How many staff members are CPR and first aid certified?All of our Educators are CPR & First Aid certified.

Do you mix age groups?Yes, but we create a curriculum that is diverse and one that includes all children. We also provide safe age-appropriate materials and activities for all age groups.

What types of activities do you offer for infants, toddlers and preschoolers?We provide safe age-appropriate activities for all age groups both indoors and outdoors. We offer activities that stimulate the minds of young children. We also focus on developing children’s social emotional skills, motor skills and cognitive skills. We use water, glitter, paints, play dough, flour, glue, makers, crayons, books, chalk, just to name a few. Our children stay busy throughout the day.

What will my child be learning in your preschool?We introduce Math, Art, Reading, Writing, Science, Music, Dancing, and other fun exciting activities.

What is your policy regarding sick children?In order to keep our children, their families and our staff as healthy as possible, we require that any child with a fever, vomiting, diarrhea, or contagious disease be kept at home.

How do you communicate with parents?We communicate with parents through email, texting, note and telephone.

What if someone other than my spouse/partner or me has to pick up my child?In order to protect your child, we require that you provide the names of any individual who has permission to pick up your child to be written on the pick up consent form. We require advance notice from you when someone other than a person on the consent form will be picking up your child and will check identification. If we have any questions or concerns, we ask that you are available via cell phone to provide confirmation.

Do you provide meals and snacks?Yes, we provide three nutritious meals everyday, breakfast, lunch, and pm snacks.

What security measures are in place to protect my child?Children’s safety is our number one priority in our program and your peace of mind is very important to us. Our facility is fenced in around the entire playground. All visitors have to show identification and advance notice to pickup. We also have video cameras all around the facility.
