Eating a Healthy Breakfast
7:15am - 8:30am
At T.A.G Family daycare program, we serve three healthy meals, breakfast, lunch, and pm snack. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, children should always have a healthy breakfast consisting of fruits, whole grain, and milk. Children who eat healthy meals usually focus and learn better in the classroom.

Craft, Activity and circle time
8:30am - 11:00am
Art activities are very important in the classroom. Children develop critical skills through art. Children develop skills such as physical, cognitive, and creative skills. Children visualize the world in their drawing and painting, at T.A.G Daycare we encourage children’s art skills.

Outside Time
11:00am - 12:00pm
Children need outdoor time for their physical, mental, and emotional development. Outdoor play offers a myriad of benefits. First, it promotes physical fitness, helping kids develop strong muscles, bones, and coordination. Fresh air and sunlight also support their overall health and boost their immune systems.

Lunch Time
12:00pm - 1:30pm
Lunchtime for kids is a crucial break during the school day. It's a time to refuel, socialize with peers, and recharge for afternoon classes. Providing nutritious and balanced meals ensures their energy levels and concentration remain high, setting the stage for successful learning and growth.

Nap Time
1:30pm - 3:30pm
Nap time for kids is a vital part of their daily routine. It allows them to rest, recharge, and consolidate learning. Quality sleep during this time supports cognitive development and emotional well-being. A peaceful nap period ensures children remain alert, attentive, and ready to embrace the remainder of their day.

3:30pm - 4:15pm
Kids playing is essential for their physical, social, and emotional development. Through play, they explore their creativity, develop problem-solving skills, and build strong bonds with peers. Playtime fosters imagination, encourages physical activity, and allows kids to have fun while learning valuable life lessons.
